The Championships, which are being run by the Blanchardstown Chess Club, will take place over the weekend of Friday 10th to Sunday 12th April in the Carlton Hotel Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. The sponsorship will include a perpetual trophy (the New Ireland Assurance Cup) to be awarded to the highest placed female player in the Championships across all age groups.
