The passing of Brian Gallagher (1961-2016)

John McMorrow

It is with great sorrow that we report the passing of Brian Gallagher; most recently a member of Naomh Barrog CC but also a longtime member of Collegians Chess & Go club and an ICU member since 1982. In addition to being an Armstrong player Brian also represented Ireland in the World Amateur Go Championship in Japan. We have reached out to Brian's family and friends to issue our condolences and also to the Irish Go association.
