Rating Officer's Report, January 2010

14 tournaments were rated in the January list. As happened last January, a notice posted to the website about the impending publication produced a flurry of late subscriptions but unlike last year there were also some appeals from people who said they needed more time to subscribe. So, the ratings were published on Thu 14th as planned but republished at several later dates up to the end of January to catch the new members as they sauntered in. The table lists numbers of current members with full and provisional ratings as a function of date.
