Forgotten Password

We now only store hashed passwords in the database which is more secure but, unfortunately, means there is no longer any way to recover forgotten passwords. If you've really forgotten your password, here are your options:

Create another account

There's no rule that says you can't have more than one login to the ICU site, but you do have to have an alternative email address for this option to work. Use this other email to Register another account, using the same ICU and PIN numbers again but this time choose a password that you're less likely to forget. You'll still have to go through the usual email verification process, so make sure the email address you use belongs to you.

Ask for your password to be reset

Send an email to admin@icu.ie requesting that the password for your existing account is reset. The administrator will reply with your new randomly generated password which you can use to login with. You then have the choice of keeping it or changing it to something easier to remember using the Change Password facility.
