The long running Mulcahy Memorial Chess Congress being held in the Gresham Metropole Hotel in Cork from 1st to 3rd January 2016. The entry fee is €35 before December 19th but as the venue has limited capacity players are advised to get their entry in early. The ICU calendar entry is here.
