i. That the attached "Code of Conduct" is placed in Appendix A of the constitution under the title of "Code of Conduct" and replacing the previous "Code of Conduct" of the ICU. (Proposed by ICU Executive)

iii. Provisional Membership of the Irish Chess Union proposal
Motion part 1 – That the following definition be added to the Bye-laws for Membership of the Irish Chess Union
1. “Provisional membership” is a category open to those who have never been a member of any Chess federation affiliated to FIDE before and have no Chess rating ( excluding online ratings ). Provisional membership of the ICU is free of charge. Provisional members may not attend General Meetings of the ICU. Provisional membership status is withdrawn when a player passes September 1st with an established ICU rating ( 20 rated games )
Motion part 2 – That item 2 of the Bye Laws for Membership of the Irish Chess Union be changed from 2. A Capitation Fee shall be payable by each player to the ICU at a rate of €35 per Subscription Year, this fee to be called the "standard fee", except for players 65 and over on the following 1 January who shall pay a fee of €20, players not earning an income who shall pay a fee of €20, players under 18 on the following 1 January who shall pay a fee of €20 and players under 12 on the following 1 January who shall pay a fee of €15 (or sterling equivalents). to read

iv. That the following motion is made constitutional by addition to Appendix A of the constitution of the Irish Chess Union.
"Events run for the purpose of ICU rating must register with the ICU Ratings Officer in advance of the event commencing and must submit the relevant rating file ideally upon completion of the event but no later than 7 days from the completion of the event.
Events not registered prior to commencing may not be deemed valid for purpose of ICU Rating. Registered events not submitted within 7 days of completion of the event will only be rated upon receipt of reasoning for delay in submission and at discretion of the Ratings Officer." v. We propose to make three updates to the Bye-laws for Membership of the Irish Chess Union including:
Article 6 is updated to include: f. Email address (if any)
Article 8 is update to the following to protect information of members: Once a player is deemed to be a member of the ICU, the ICU will arrange for the information on that player mentioned in Bye-Law 6 to be entered on its membership list. Copies of the updated membership list of the ICU (which should only include: 1. Player names 2. ICU numbers 3. Live Ratings 4. Published Ratings) shall be made available to Controllers, Organisers and constituent bodies and in the case of a tournament sanctioned by the ICU, it shall be made available to the Controller of that tournament not less than seven days prior to its commencement.
Article 11 has the currency updated to "euro" and "cents" from "pounds" and "pence". (Proposed by ICU Executive)

We propose to make one update to article 3 of the Junior Eligibility Criteria with the addition of the following requirement: A person is eligible to be selected to play for Ireland if that person is registered on the FIDE Rating List under IRL or unregistered on the FIDE Rating List. vii. That the National Club Championships Rules are placed in Appendix A of the constitution under the title of National Club Championships Rules. (Proposed by ICU Executive)

viii. We propose to add a rule (3.4) to the National Club Championships Rules that states the following: Clubs can draft in up to two players who are rated under 1600 ICU that would not normally qualify under rule 3.1. If a player is unrated on the ICU rating list, then their FIDE rating must not exceed 1600. We propose to update the rule 3.1 from "current season" to "last 365 days" (Proposed by ICU Executive)
