Entry fees: €15 waged & €10 unwaged; proceeds go to charity. Registration: 7:15pm in the library. Round 1: 8pm. Entry is limited to 64 players, with 8 groups of 8 the max.

Handicapped time control – starting at 5 mins each for players with less than 50 points between them and going up to 8v2 for players with more than 250 points between them.

There’ll be plenty of spot prizes on the night – provided people bring a couple with them of course!
