The ICU has received the very sad news that Bernard Palmer of the Dunlaoghaire Chess Club has passed away. Bernard previously served on the ICU executive and was a well known figure within the Irish Chess Community for decades.
He will be sadly missed by his fellow chess players, family and friends. May he rest in peace
Funeral arrangements as follows
Cremation service to take place in Glasnevin Crematorium on Monday, 31. Aug, at 11.40am.
