Please note that once the notice of the motions and nominations for this year's AGM are published on the websites on or before 31st August 2015, the last day of the current membership year, all persons,who are paid up members of the ICU on the date of publication, will be eligible to vote at the AGM.
It is intended to put the notice on the websites by 31st August at the latest in line with normal custom and practice.
If the notification of motions and nominations issued on or after 1 September 2015, members would have to pay their 2015/16 subscription in advance of the AGM to be eligible to vote at it.
