All motions need to be seconded at the general meeting before they can be discussed (article 7.7 of the ICU constitution). Constitutional changes require a two-thirds majority of members present at the AGM (article 17 of the ICU constitution). All nominations need to be seconded at the general meeting before they can stand for election; additionally they require to inform the secretary via email ([email protected]) of their acceptance of the nomination by the 20th of September 2013 (article 9.1 of the ICU constitution).
