E2e4 are considering running a FIDE Arbiter's course in Brennans Green Isle Hotel, Naas Road to coincide with the FIDE Open Tournament taking place at the same venue over this year's Easter Weekend. The course is of 2 days duration, inclusive of a 4 hour "open book" examination with a pass mark of 80%. At least six participants will be required to make the holding of the course viable, so expressions of interest about attending the course should be emailed to by Monday 27th February at the latest.
