Gmail (and possibly other email systems) seems to classify purchase confirmation, username verification and other messages sent from the www.icu.ie server as spam. The reason for this is not yet clear but please do check your spam folder if you don't receive an email you're expecting and if you find a genuine ICU email there please click the "Not spam" button.
