Dear Members,

At the beginning of this year, the ICU tragically lost Philip Hogarty in an awful accident, a loss we could ill afford. I stepped in to try to fill the void temporarily but, nevertheless, the ICU really needs experienced administrators to help run the Union’s affairs as well as the membership deserve.

In recent years there has been a marked drop in the number of people willing to serve as officers on the executive committee – I now make an appeal to all the members – Your Union needs you! Please consider attending the AGM of the ICU on Sunday 28 September at Wynns Hotel, Lower Abbey Street, 2-5.30pm. If you feel you’d like to serve the ICU in any of the officer's positions, please apply to before September 14th.

Hope to see you then,

Thank you,

Gerry Graham
Chairman
